Sales Account Executive
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with your clients in your region. You will be part of a high-performing sales team, working closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Important is that you have a strong ambition, a determination to succeed and the willingness to develop yourself, also within the company.
The vacant position is a very consultative one; you'll act more as an advisor than a hard-seller, in a B2B environment. Developing existing accounts and winning new business is equally important. You'll be working quite independently, scheduling your own appointments and planning your week, but all is happening under the guidance of a coaching manager.
There are many opportunities at our client. Our client tends to hire from the bottom (Account Executive level) and promote from within, to cater to their loyal employees and to keep working at the company interesting.
Location: home office, several offices spread over Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales quotas.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics and client needs.
Criteria:
Field sales experience and track-record in ideally B2B services sales. Having a local network is a plus;
Strong communication (e.g., presentation, negotiation) skills;
Living in the Stuttgart region;
Fluent in German and English;
Finished Bachelors or Masters degree;
Ability to manage yourself (planning and discipline);
Ability to work with complex products and services;
Highself-awareness and ambition to develop.
